First some photos of the car. It's a Chevrolet Chevelle with a '76 350 engine (L48?). Red with black interior.

It's got a TH350 transmission and a 12 bolt rear which had a 2.73 when I got the car. Have done a few rolling road shoot-outs:

Replaced the headers over the winter and had some trouble starting it up again: Starting Big Red

1970 Chevrolet Chevelle
The diff turned out to be dangerously broken, infact, one of the planet gears had gone walkabout and was no-where to be seen! Got a new Auburn 3.42 installed.

Photos from Santa Pod's Saturday Night Special in February 2008. Had done a couple of runs at the Mopar Nationals the previous summer but had fuel and traction issues so not even worth putting up timeslips. These are from February 2008
Early 2008 I installed the original column shift.
Before my first runs that year I invested in some drag radials, BFG 275/50/R15. Here are my Timeslips from October 2008.
Late 2008 I installed a gauge cluster and fitted an Innovative A/F guage.
